As your day of coordinator, I will be responsible for making sure your wedding day is executed perfectly. We will meet a couple of weeks before your wedding day to discuss vendors and tie up all loose ends. This is when we will put together a day of schedule. I will be there for your wedding day to handle all logistics, so you have nothing to worry about.

This service includes:

Point of contact for vendors-contracts upheld and invoices paid

2 meetings before wedding to design timeline, seating chart,

and finalizing plans for the day of your wedding

coordination of rehearsal dinner

Day of wedding logistics:

Vendor contact

Keeping all vendors and participants to timeline

Oversight of all set up, including tables, place settings, arch,

dancefloor, and more

Coordinating times for dinner and cake cutting/dessert

Notification to DJ and photographer of events taking place
