During the extensive planning process, one of the many decisions to be made is whether or not to hire an HMUA (hair and makeup artist). An HMUAs job, above all else, is to take all the guesswork out of perfecting your look. They know all the tips, tricks, and secrets, and have collected the highest quality, most reliable products to be able to provide exceptional services in every aspect of beauty. Getting pampered is always a great way to start an exciting day. Being able to wake up the morning of your special day without worrying about all the little things could mean getting an extra hour of that precious beauty sleep. Booking with an HMUA is one more way to guarantee that your big day goes just as you planned.
It’s no secret that men aren’t typically keen on the tiny details of their appearance; and on the most photographed day of his life, he might need some assistance to make sure everything is just as it should be. That’s where Jacey comes in! She will personally check over each one of the most important men on your most important day. Jacey’s on-site men’s services include basic haircuts and styling (as needed), teeth and fingernail checks, hygiene checks, face/skin enhancements, and makeup removal (we've all seen the makeup mustache they get). Jacey with The Vanity is here to take the worrying out of getting ready!
Jacey is licensed in Idaho. All services are performed on location in the state of Idaho only.
Jacey is an individual provider; therefore, she can provide services for up to 4 people per wedding or event.

Of course! I’m happy to offer a variety of service packages to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Not at the moment. The Vanity is still on the hunt for the perfect place to live.

Can I book with you for an event other than a wedding?
Absolutely! Being able to look your best shouldn’t be limited to just one day, I do just as much getting-ready for a photoshoot as I did for my graduation ceremony. I’m here to help you feel your best that no matter the occasion!
Do you offer trials?
Yes. Trial applications are a flat price, if you choose to book the wedding, that money goes toward the wedding package cost.
Do you offer typical hair services like cuts and colors?
Not at the moment. We hope to offer a much wider variety of services soon, however, without a location to give me access to all the necessary equipment, I cannot offer those services. All services listed are offered.
