How it all began

It started with Amy and a camera.

For years, Amy showed up at weddings, graduations, family milestones, and the quiet in-between moments that people want to remember forever. She photographed the joy. She witnessed the chaos. And she noticed something every single time, brides were overwhelmed, vendors were disconnected, and the couples who deserved to be present on their own wedding day were too busy managing logistics to actually enjoy it.

And... her family was watching.

Jenna assisted her mom for years with weddings and photo shoots. She witnessed the stressed brides and disconnected vendors decided to join her mom to fill the gap and become the calm for couples. She received her certification as a wedding planner and day-of coordinator through the New York Institute of Art and Design. She handles the timelines, the vendor communication, the seating charts, the hundred small decisions that pile up between "yes" and "I do."

Jacey, a licensed cosmetologist and instructor at a local Idaho school had been doing hair and makeup for years. Deciding to join the family business was easy.

And then Tyler got ordained.

Because at that point, the family realized: we can actually do this. We can be the team that shows up together, already in sync, and gives couples the one thing nobody else was offering, a whole wedding day handled by people who already trust each other.

We are Milestones Studios. We are the Burden family and our entire business is making sure yours aren't.

Who We Are as a Team

Milestones Studios is built on something deeper than shared talent; we’re a family team and that changes everything about the way we serve our couples.

There are so many incredible coordinators, gifted hair and makeup artists, experienced photographers, and thoughtful officiants in our community. We’re grateful to work in an industry filled with such talent. But what makes us different isn’t just what we offer, it’s how we work together.

We communicate without speaking.

We anticipate each other’s needs before they’re voiced.

We move through a wedding day as one cohesive unit, grounded, calm, and fully aligned.

That kind of connection doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from years of doing life side by side, celebrating together, grieving together, growing together, and showing up for one another long before we ever showed up at a wedding.
