Wedding Planning and Day of Wedding Coordination

Jenna will be your wedding day bestie whether

she is your planner or your day of coordinator.

A wedding planner is a professional dedicated to the design, planning, and management of a client's wedding. Serving as a guide and a coordinator, wedding planners assist couples in creating the wedding of their dreams. They handle everything from budgeting and scheduling to selecting venues and vendors, ensuring every detail is perfect for the special day. Their role is pivotal in crafting memorable celebrations that reflect the couple's vision and style.

A day of wedding coordinator is a professional who assists with the organization and execution of wedding plans on the day of the ceremony. Their role is crucial for ensuring that the couple's vision for their special day is realized without them having to manage the details. This includes overseeing vendors, handling the event's logistics, and solving any unforeseen issues that may arise, allowing the couple and their families to enjoy the celebration without stress. When you choose to hire our wedding planner, she will also be your day of wedding coordinator.

Jenna is our wedding planner and day of wedding coordinator. She is a certified Wedding Planner through The New York Institute of Art and Design. She has been an assistant for Milestones Portraits weddings and photography sessions for the past six years. She will help you through every step of the way or every step of the day, the choice is yours.

FAQ

What does a Wedding Planner do?

Our Wedding Planner will help you find a venue and vendors for your wedding, as well as help you with the design and style of your wedding. She will also handle the logistics. Logistics are where all the details that have been planned come together. This process starts months, even years before the wedding day and involves handling the details with the venue and vendors, creating floor plans, styling plans, and timelines.

What does a Day of Coordinator do?

A day of wedding coordinator has one of the hardest jobs of all: making sure your day is perfect without you ever having to worry so you can celebrate without stress. Day of coordinators will coordinate the schedule and payments with vendors, keep the wedding party and family on time, and can help at the end of the night.

When should I book?

For full wedding planning, book as soon as you know you are getting married, whether that be before or after your engagement. This can help to ensure consistency with vendors and themes throughout all of your wedding related events.
For partial wedding planning, you can book at any point during the planning process. I will fill in any gaps and finalize all plans.
If you choose to have a Day of Coordinator only, it is typically booked 6-8 weeks before the event. Day of Coordinators will finalize the schedule, make sure payments are paid in full to vendors, and will take the stress load off of you the weeks leading up to and during your wedding.

Why should we hire you?

Our wedding planner is a master at keeping on schedule and on budget. She will put together and mail all invitations and keep track of all RSVP's. She will help you curate the perfect menu and keep track of food selections. As well as accompanying you to dress shopping and picking beautiful yet cost effective options for your decoration. Our wedding planner knows what things are truly worth your money. DIY alternatives to many high-priced aspects are available.

How do we pay?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. This is due at the meeting to sign the contract.
