Photography Options
Refunds-Once your images are downloaded, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Re-edit-Clients are eligible for one re-edit within Amy's editing style and comfort level. Amy does not do composites of any kind.
Re-shoot-One reshoot per client which will be a 20-minute session in the same location as original session with same subjects.

*Travel Fees
For portrait sessions, travel fees will be incurred if the location of choice is more than 20 miles from The Village in Meridian.
For weddings, travel fees will be incurred if the location is more than 60 miles from The Village in Meridian.
Preserve Your Memories — Download, Back Up, and Print Your Images
Your wedding and portrait photos are more than digital files; they’re memories you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Once your gallery is delivered, please remember to download and safely back up all of your images. We recommend:
- Saving your gallery to at least two different locations, such as your computer and a thumb drive or external hard drive.
- Storing a copy in cloud storage for added protection.
Technology changes quickly, and devices can fail, having multiple backups ensures your memories are safe for years to come.
And don’t let your favorite photos live on a screen! Printing your images brings them to life in a way digital files never can. We offer professional quality prints and heirloom albums that preserve your story beautifully and stand the test of time. More information can be found here.
Your story deserves to be seen, held, and shared - not just stored. We charge a fee of $50 to resend your photos, if we still have the images.
How do I book a session with you?
Booking is simple! Just reach out through my contact form. I’ll confirm your date & go over details to secure your spot.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance (and much earlier for weddings) to guarantee your preferred date.
What’s included in a session fee?
Every session includes photography time and a curated gallery of edited images with a print release.
How many images will I receive?
Most sessions include 30-50 final images (weddings include more). You’ll receive a full online gallery to download and share.
Do I get digital images?
Yes, we are providing the digital images with a print release at this time.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You can order prints and other items through me, however I will give you a print release for images up to an 8x10.
Do you edit or retouch photos?
Yes! Every image is carefully edited for color, lighting, and style. I also do light retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal, etc.) while keeping your photos natural and true-to-life.
How long do I have access to my images?
As soon as you receive a link, please download your images and the print release. We can only store images 3-4 months.
Do you travel for sessions or weddings?
Yes! Most of my work is in the Boise and Treasure Valley area, but I love traveling for weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
I hear you offer hair and makeup services.
The Vanity has joined Milestones Studios, LLC. Jacey is a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Idaho only. She is here for all of your event beauty. We do have a bundling discount to save you money when you book more than one service with us. Contact us for more information.
Can I get the RAW images?
We do not provide RAW files. A RAW file is essentially the untouched data straight from the camera sensor. It is a digital negative. It hasn’t had any color adjustments, lighting corrections, or artistic enhancements applied—meaning it doesn’t yet reflect the quality, emotion, and timeless style that Milestones Studios is known for.
What if the weather is bad or I need to reschedule?
No worries! Sessions can be rescheduled for weather, illness, or emergencies at no extra cost. Remember, a cloudy day is a perfect day!
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround times vary by session type, but most portrait galleries are ready within 2–3 weeks and weddings within 6–8 weeks.
What should I wear for my session?
Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable! You can also find a prep guide with outfit tips, color suggestions, and ideas for coordinating with family or partners on the website.
I forgot to download my images or lost the images. How long do you keep them?
Once you have downloaded the images, I take them down. I typically keep the images for about a year, as I don't have unlimited storage space. There is a $20 reload and send fee in the event I can retrieve the images.
